Yes, they are all goldfishes. I did research about this restaurant 3 times and I guessed those orange shiny things in the tanks are goldfishes, but I thought again, the designer will not be so crazy to put so many fishes in the tank, what if they die in the tank? Awful right.
This time I read up at some random interior design blogs, they say those are goldfishes. Great design. I really admire Kawai-san's style.
The pattern is also from fish?
Seating arrangements. All in white.

I learn to appreciate interior design, unlike in the past, I pretend I understand.
Ever since I understand more about interior design, I realise many people are like me, do not know what is interior design.
"Design is not about decoration." I heard from my lecturers a million time, and I thought as long as I don't decorate, my work is about design. I ever created a space that is creative to the lecturers, but I don't understand why is it creative to the lecturers. Now I do, I understand it is creative but is not "deep" enough.
It's not too late yet for me to understand what is going on. Though I have wasted 2 years, struggling to pass all my modules without understanding what is going on, I think it is never too late.
My grades are not good, I am not qualified to take degree in interior design in Singapore University. But I think I will gain more working experience in this field before taking degree.
Interior design is GREAT.
