Can't remember when this habit started, I am able to sleep better with light on, when I used to hate any glimpse of light to shine in the room during bedtime, not even the small light sensor mode on the fan. Any sound or light will easily annoy me last time. Have been sleeping alone for more than a year when there used to have this warm cuddle in the past. Warmth is good but I like how I sleep now, without getting uptight over light and sound. Maybe I replace warmth with light, as if there's someone with me? I can even sleep in the bus/train now, when I used to make sure I am awake, giving the reason like I feel I'll look stupid to sleep in the public transport. Now is definitely a lot better, I care less for how people see me, tired just sleep, don't need a proper room with proper bed and blanket and don't need to draw all curtains and tape the fan sensor and don't need to ask my sisters to turn her iPad volume down. Life's good, thank you God for this good change of me.
